Thanks for choosing to shop online with OAIM! We’re delighted that you’ve done so, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

If any issues arise with your purchase, how we handle it will be determined by the process laid out here.

If you want to return a product you’ve purchased from this website, read on. Our Return & Refund Policy outlines what kinds of products can be returned, what the conditions are and how we’ll handle the process from start to finish.

General Conditions

Our Return & Refund Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Items which are not eligible for refunds include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Subscription-based access to digital products
  • Event tickets (in cases where non-refundable costs have already been incurred by OAIM on behalf of the attendee)

To complete your return, we require you to return the product to the delivery address specified below along with a receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or otherwise compromised for reasons beyond our control
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Cancelling Your Order

If you have placed an order on this website and want to cancel it before it’s shipped, please contact us on [email protected] so we can do so.

Once we’ve cancelled your order, you should receive a refund within 7-10 working days (see “Late or Missing Refunds” below for more information).

If your order has already shipped when you request to cancel, we’ll need you to await delivery & return the item before we can refund it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment via our secure online system. This process typically concludes with 7-10 working days, but can vary depending on your payment processor.

If you are returning part of an order, we will not be able to refund the original standard delivery charge.

Returned items should be packaged safely to avoid damage during transit. Returned items damaged during transit due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are entitled to be refunded. Refunding of sale items is at the discretion of OAIM, and these items will only be eligible for refunds to the value of the price paid (not the original sale price of the item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the shipping address specified below.

Gifts

Returns of gifted items will be credited to the payment method associated with the original order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are only refundable in cases where there was a fundamental issue with the product you received.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes returned products to reach us – or exchanged products to reach you – may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we won’t be able to process refunds for orders we don’t receive.
